Please note that our package does not include hotel rooms, and we do not handle hotel reservations. When booking your hotel, add our name to the reservation to grant us access to the room by obtaining a key from the front desk.

Fill out the booking inquiry form to secure your preferred date and time slot. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
We accept payments through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Once we receive your 50% deposit, we will confirm your booking and provide a complete invoice. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and the final payment is due 4 days before the day of the service.
Be aware that we do not handle hotel check-ins on your behalf.
We will obtain a key from the hotel front desk or arrange a key exchange at your scheduled setup time. We will keep you informed about our arrival, and the room key will be left in the room along with clean-up supplies.

In the event of a cancellation, if you notify us one week or more prior to your scheduled event, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a future date of your choosing. However, if you cancel within one week of your event, please be aware that rescheduling will require an additional deposit.
