How do I make a reservation?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to booking with us:
Book Your Accommodation
Please note that our package does not include hotel rooms, and we do not handle hotel reservations. When booking your hotel, add our name to the reservation to grant us access to the room by obtaining a key from the front desk.
Select Your Desired Package
Choose the package that suits your occasion, including your preferences for colors, special messages, and more.
Reserve Your Date and Time Slot
Fill out the booking inquiry form to secure your preferred date and time slot. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Payment Options
We accept payments through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Once we receive your 50% deposit, we will confirm your booking and provide a complete invoice. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and the final payment is due 4 days before the day of the service.
Check into Your Hotel Room
Be aware that we do not handle hotel check-ins on your behalf.
Access to the Room
We will obtain a key from the hotel front desk or arrange a key exchange at your scheduled setup time. We will keep you informed about our arrival, and the room key will be left in the room along with clean-up supplies.

In the event of a cancellation, if you notify us one week or more prior to your scheduled event, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a future date of your choosing. However, if you cancel within one week of your event, please be aware that rescheduling will require an additional deposit.
We kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled event. Rest assured, you will receive a reminder email to facilitate your final payment. For your convenience, we accept payments through Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo.
We do not offer refunds.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that we have access to the designated room. Please note that we are unable to check in on your behalf. However, you may choose one of the following methods to grant us access:
