TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review our policy before proceeding with your booking.

BOOKING

It is imperative that you make your booking at least two weeks in advance. Bookings made within a two-week window may be subject to late fees. Please note that we do not handle hotel room reservations or check-ins; you are responsible for these arrangements. For apartments, Airbnb, and condos, an additional fee of $100.00 will apply, along with a copy of your ID.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of fifty percent of the total amount is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 4 days before your event. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. We accept payments through Cash App, invoices, and Venmo.

CANCELLATION

Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit. If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your booking, for any reason, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking, provided it is made within 30 days. After 30 days, you will need to request a new quote and submit a new deposit. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.

TRAVEL

We offer decorating services across Nashville Area. A commuting fee applies to all bookings located outside a 25-mile radius of Nashville. Additionally, we provide services in Smyrna, Antioch, Spring Hill, and Hendersonville, Brentwood, Franklin with additional travel fees. Please contact us today for a personalized quote.
